1. Copy of your LLC set up (if applicable and only need this on the first deal)
2. Purchase contract for the property
3. Title contact information (name and email address)
4. Comps if you have them (We have access to the MLS but it helps if you have comps you are looking at)
5. A brief description of what you are going to do with the rehab like added square footage, extra beds, bathrooms, and things like that
6. How much finished square footage with the current home and how much there will be after rehab
7. Rehab budget (if you need money for rehab)
